How to buy online?

How to Buy at int.mercedessalazar.com

Shopping on our website is very easy! Just follow these steps:

  1. Find your product
    Browse through the categories in our menu or use the search bar to find what you’d like to buy.
  2. Add to cart
    Once you’ve chosen a product, click ADD TO CART.
  3. Keep shopping or go to checkout
    You can continue browsing and adding more items to your cart. When you’re ready, click on the shopping cart icon (upper right corner) and then select CHECK OUT.
  4. Enter your email
    If this is your first purchase, you’ll be redirected to a page where you enter your personal details, shipping information, and payment method.
    If you’ve shopped with us before, your details will appear automatically. Simply confirm them and click Place Your Order.
    Note: If you’re paying with a credit card already saved, you’ll only need to enter your card’s CVV (American Express: 4 digits on the front; Visa/MasterCard: 3 digits on the back).
  5. Enter your personal and shipping details

    Standard Shipping: Free on orders over 250usd for USA, 350 usd for Europe, and 500usd for the rest of the world.

No, it’s not possible to combine two payment methods in a single order. However, you can choose the payment method that works best for you (for example: credit card, paypal,...)

I can’t place and complete my order with my card, why?

Before placing your order, make sure you have entered the correct data of your credit card, including card number, expiration date and CVV. To make payments with credit card or by wire transfer, make sure you are authorized to make payments online (to consult authorization contact your bank).

We provide a 90 business days warranty as of delivery. All our jewelry is made in compliance with excellent quality standards, therefore they are fully warrantied.
